When founding the company in 2015, Lisa Fels Davitt decided on the name Succession Communications. Why succession? Was she referring to doing things in a particular order or the process of organizational succession planning? The answer is both.

As we alluded to in Succession Communications’ philosophy, an effective communications program needs to be well planned and strategic. There is a cadence to every communications campaign, and each project or initiative should be undertaken at the optimal time to achieve the desired result. There is a sequence – or succession – for everything we do for our clients.

Perhaps, most importantly, the most successful business leaders are not merely concerned about the upcoming product rollout or even next quarter’s results. They are forward thinking and their most critical decisions are based on a long-term growth strategy with an upward trajectory. At Succession Communications, our role is to help those leaders use communications to shape and enhance the future of their businesses.
